TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

-The changes are only possible in the sketch; I can't make changes once color or lineart has been applied.-There is no extra charge for changes to the sketch.If the drawing has been started, there will be no refund.-Please let us know if it will be used commercially so that we can agree on terms.-You can't remove my signature, but you can ask me to make it smaller.-Please provide credit for the artwork.-By making the payment, you accept the Terms of Service (T.O.S.).-The drawing process begins after payment; the sketch will be immediately delivered to you and placed on the waiting list.-I always keep track of the drawing.I can reserve a spot, but payment must be made within 24 hours; otherwise, it will be canceled.-The files are sent via Google Drive. If you prefer them to be sent by email or Toyhouse, please let me know.-The process includes the following stages: first, the sketch is delivered, then the lineart with base colors, and finally, the commission is delivered.I am a full-time university student, so please be patient. In case you need express delivery, there will be an additional cost of 40%.There are no refunds if you are not satisfied with the final results. To avoid this, I will send you work-in-progress (WIP) updates along the way.

REVISIONS

-Changes are only possible in the sketch phase.
-Revisions in, sketch phase, lineart phase, and color base phase.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- My delivery time ranges from 1 week to 5 months, depending on the complexity of the piece. If there are any unexpected delays, I will notify you. For rush deliveries, a 40% surcharge of the price will apply.

Use

Please specify if the artwork will be for commercial use. Please note that commercial use incurs an additional cost of 100% extra of the price.

TERMINOS DE SERVICIO

-Los cambios solo son posibles en el boceto; no puedo realizar cambios una vez que se ha aplicado el color o el lineart.-No hay un cargo adicional por cambios en el boceto.
